Benzoin

With a wonderfully warm vanilla-like aroma, benzoin essential oil has long been added to perfumes, incense and potpourri.

Helping to relieve cold and cough symptoms, it also finds uses in skin care and pain relief. It may not be as well-known as the other essential oils, but the scent of benzoin is said to promote relaxation.
